Dear Readers,

due to an unforeseen amount of real life activity (RLA), I keep finding myself unable to meet my own deadlines. It sucks, but it's the truth. I'd rather tell you now than keep apologizing about it. As of now, I'm not sure when the next update will be. But there will be one. I'm not giving up on this project. I just need to deal with the RLA first, and perhaps also re-organise some of the plot and the format in which I've been writing.

Stick around, I'll be back after a (hopefully short) break and revamp, and perhaps some re-writes.

Thank you for reading so far.

Before I start posting episodes, there’s one thing I’d like to address:

God/Religion

I’m aware that most likely some of my readers will be Christians. I understand that everyone practices religion differently in everyday life, has a different view of how literal the Bible should be taken, and a different approach to what’s OK and not OK in regards to pretty much everything.

Let me state here and now that I respect everyone’s faith and opinions and that I do not, have not, and never will have the desire to purposely offend anyone.

That said, first and foremost I am telling a story. This is the fictional season 5 of a TV show, not a documentary. I am rolling with what Supernatural has started. Taking it from there, I might go down paths that not everyone may agree with if it makes for a good plot. If you come across something you don’t like, be it once or repeatedly, I won’t take it personally if you stop reading. However, one thing I will not put up with is flaming. You don’t like it? Then hit that red X up there in the right hand corner of your browser. It really is that simple, and that has nothing to do with being a bitch.

Also, I’m going to have to admit that while I am very interested in religion, I wasn’t raised in a religious household and thus I’m not the most religious/Bible versed person out there. I do try and do my research on things, but that doesn't necessarily cover everything, and I know it. My plots, ideas and conflicts spring from what I know from religious education at school, general knowledge, confirmation preparation, Wikipedia, pop culture and of course Supernatural. Therefore, please do not bombard me with Bible quotes and explanations of why such and such is wrong. Chances are I purposely ignored it for the sake of the plot. Unless of course you find something that could make for an interesting twist. Then, by all means, Bible-quote away ;-)

Thank you, and have fun!
Jen
